Palm Bay

James M. Donnan Sr., 83, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 21, 2014. He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He served in the Army for 20 years traveling the world. He settled in Florida in the early 1970's and worked his way up to Chief of Police for Melbourne Village and for the City of West Melbourne. He also retired as a security guard from Brevard Community College. He is survived by his wife Mary of 35 years, and brother Joseph Martin Donnan. He will be dearly missed by his children, many grand-children and great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 4p.m., Thursday, April 24th at the Christian Development Center, Palm Bay.
