IN LOVING MEMORY OF
James Clinton
Bradford Davis
October 17, 1934 – July 3, 2021
Brad courageously lost his battle against dementia on July 3, 2021, he wrestled with this disease for over 10 years. A laugh always puts a smile on your face and that's exactly what Brad did to people, he would make them laugh by telling jokes, making funny faces, or playing a harmonica or nose flute. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Carol Davis and daughter Jennifer Meredith, he also has many cousins, nephews and nieces. Brad was the only child born to Mary and Harold Davis in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Washington University, University of Michigan and Ohio Wesleyan and earned a Bachelor and Master's Degree. He also served 6 years in the United States Army. Harold and Mary moved to Florida and opened a plastics company in Fort Pierce, Florida in the 70's and Brad managed the business and helped his father run the business until they later sold it to Coca Cola.
Brad had a brilliant mind and loved computers. He taught at Florida Institute of Technology and later retired to play with computers often having six computers running at once.
I was lucky cause I had two fathers and I will always remember the things he taught me to enjoy an education, a good laugh, to slow down and enjoy life and embrace life with quirkiness. I will miss you "Pops", rest in peace.
