James L. Barbree, 42, departed this life August 7, 2014 in Melbourne, FL. A native to Florida, he was born to W. Larry Barbree and Leah Vereen on August 26, 1971 in Melbourne. For most of his career, he worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. Outside of work, he enjoyed playing golf, catching fish and entertaining family and friends with his zany antics. He will be remembered as hardworking man that had an awesome sense of humor. His legacy will remain in our hearts forever. James leaves memories to be cherished by his son, Ayden; father, W. Larry Barbree (Joy); mother, Leah Vereen; brother, Larry Barbree II (Alicia); sisters, Bridget Lutz and Myranda Miller (Matthew); and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Family will greet friends from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 16th at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S. Fleming St., Sebastian, FL following with a Celebration of James's Life at 1 p.m.
