Jacqueline L. (Canfield) Faville, 87 of Melbourne, Florida has gone home to be with our Father in Heaven. She passed away on May 19, 2023 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Her body is at rest and her spirit is free.

Jackie was born on August 26, 1935 to Everett and Clara Canfield in Gloversville, NY.  She lived in New Haven, CT from 1940-1951, then the family moved back to Gloversville to be closer to family. She graduated from Gloversville High School in 1953. In 1971, she graduated from an LPN nursing program. Jackie worked at Nathan Littauer Hospital for 30+ years. She loved her work as an LPN, she loved taking care of patients, and loved her co-workers as well. She was very involved with the union at the hospital starting around 1976.
In October 1953, she married Robert (Bob) Faville at North Main Street United Methodist Church in Gloversville. They have 5 children: Cubby (MaryJo of Gloversville) Craig, Mark, Sherri (Doug) Wilson of Nashua, NH, and Stacey. Jackie was a member of North Main Street United Methodist Church for most of her life.

After retirement in 1994, Jackie spent her time watching old western movies, her beloved New York Yankees, and occasionally QVC. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading. In 2001, Jackie and Bob moved to Melbourne, Florida.

Jackie is predeceased by her loving parents and her three loving sons: Cubby, Craig, and Mark. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, her daughter-in-law, her son-in-law, her nine grandchildren, her 16 great grandchildren, her brother; Gary Canfield, two brothers in law, two sisters in law, her cousins, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services. Jackie will be cremated, and her ashes laid to rest at a later time at Ferndale cemetery in Gloversville New York.
