Ret. CMSGT Ira E. Sylvester, 97, died on February 14th,  2024. He was the husband of Isobel Sylvester. They shared 65 years of marriage.

Born in Waterville, Maine, he was the son of Elwood and Eva Sylvester. He had a distinguished military and civilian career.

He is survived by his loving wife Isobel, his son Bruce, his daughter Shona, and three grandchildren: Samantha, Melissa, and Ashley.

The Remembrance Ceremony will be held on March 11th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935.
