Hilda Tamm Frye, 86, passed away January 21, 2016 at her home in Melbourne.

Born in Kissimmee, FL, daughter of the late Richard and and Anna (Schmidt) Tamm.

She was the beloved mother of Richard L. Frye with whom she resided; John R. Frye, and Anthony S. Frye. She was the cherished grandmother of Anthony, Joel, and Hannah Frye. She was grandmother of the late Joshua Frye and mother-in-law of the late Joanne Ervin Frye.

Mrs. Frye was a graduate of Florida State University, Class of 1951 and long time educator in the Brevard County School System.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 1:00pm preceded by a gathering of family and friends from 12:00-1:00pm at the DAVIS SEAWINDS Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Ave, Melbourne.

Burial will be private.
