Gunilla Lena Fink, 80, of Palm Bay, FL, former resident of Atlanta GA area, and loving Mother, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, following an extended stay in the hospital. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 5:00 pm in the chapel of The Catholic Church of the Transfiguration, 1815 Blackwell Road, Marietta GA. Father Roger Gustafson will officiate. Mrs. Fink was born April 15, 1935 in Stockholm Sweden, to the late Holgar and Anna Gustafson. Mrs. Fink was retired. She was a member of Potter's House of Dallas, Texas, and she attended The Catholic Church of the Transfiguration in Cobb County locally. She had previously served at and attended the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Atlanta GA. Mrs. Fink came to the United States, as a permanent U.S. citizen, in 1960, with her husband, the late Dr. Richard W. Fink, who was a Chemistry Professor at Georgia Tech. Mrs. Fink is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kerry Fink and Tammy Fink of Palm Bay, FL; son Roger Gustafson of Tiburon CA; grandchildren, Ashley Hollibush, Seth Fink, Anna Fink, and Megan Reaves; great-grandchild, Sydney Savage, and a number of nieces and nephews in her home country of Sweden.
