Grady Smith, 83, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at William Childs Hospice House. Grady was born on December 10, 1928 in Honaker, VA to the late Charlie and Maggie (Combs) Smith.
Grady was a proud veteran and honorably served the US Army. He retired from RCA after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Janet; daughter, Karen (Roger) Baker; grandchildren, Alex and Lauren; twin brother, Brady; sister, Ann Slagle; brothers, Herschel and Charles; and many nieces and nephews.
Grady was predeceased by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Family will receive friends from 10AM to 11AM on Saturday, September 22nd at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM
