Gloria Beal Lovett beloved wife, mother, Mama, great-grand Mama, sister, and aunt passed away at the age of 78 on June 10, 2026. She was born to Wade and Edna Beal on June 23, 1947 in Eau Gallie, FL.

Gloria was a life long resident of Eau Gallie/Melbourne. She graduated from Eau Gallie High School in 1965. She was a born-again Christian and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She loved spending time with family, family get-togethers, taking vacations to see family in Georgia and North Carolina, Friday night dinners, and shopping.

Gloria was blessed with a loving family and is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harry “Rick” Lovett; her daughter Kimberley Douglass and her husband David Douglass. Daughter Debra Kay Wood; as well as grandchildren Courtney and Doug Friedman, Kayleigh Douglass (Rick Kenyon), Kendall and Dylan Dupee, and Brad Wood (Mary Shutts). Great-grand daughters Kinsley Dupee, Charlotte Friedman, Kelsey Dupee, and Carsyn Friedman.

Gloria is also survived by sisters Joyce Pope and Shirley Nevels and brother-in-law Dexter Nevels. She was preceded in death by Father Wade and Mother Edna Beal, Grand parents John and Emma Cox and Sully and Lizzy Beal. Also Brother-in-law Harry Pope.

The family will receive friends 6-8 PM, Sunday, June 14, 2026 at the Davis Seawinds Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Avenue, Melbourne, FL 32935.  A graveside committal service will begin at 11 AM, Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Eau Gallie Cemetery in Eau Gallie, Florida.
