It is with profound love and deep sorrow that the family
announces the passing of their beloved matriarch, Geraldine
Adeline Moore Soles, born June 20, 1927, in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. She left this world peacefully on December 21, 2025, surrounded by those who cherished her most. A woman of unwavering strength, quiet wisdom, and boundless generosity, she was the heart of her family and the keeper of its traditions, stories, and hopes. Her talents will live on in all of her paintings and creations, each one a lasting reflection of her spirit and creativity.

Throughout her life, she embodied resilience. She carried both joy and hardship with grace-including the heartbreaking loss of her child, Colleen Maria Joy, whom she held in her heart every day. Her capacity to love never diminished; instead, it grew, extending outward to her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross her path. She was known for her steady guidance, her comforting presence, and the way she  welcomed eve1yone to her table as if they were family. Her laughter filled rooms, her advice steadied weary spirits, and her kindness left lasting imprints on countless lives.

Her legacy is one of devotion, compassion, and enduring love. She leaves behind generations who will continue to feel her influence in the  lessons she taught, the traditions she nurtured, and the warmth she gave so freely. Though she is reunited now with her beloved Colleen and her
husband Bob, her spirit remains an unbroken thread-woven into the memories, stories, and hearts of all who loved her.

She is survived by her four sons, Gary Soles (MaryLin), Marc Soles (Geralyn), Jeff Soles (Joni), and Todd Soles (Gwen). She was a beloved Grandmother of 20, GreatGrandmother of 33, and Great GreatGrandmother of 4. As one of 15 siblings and an Aunt to many, her family branches extend far and wide, each one touched by her love, her humor, and her unwavering devotion.

Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11 am Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church 3050 N AlA Hwy, Indialantic, FL  32903. Visitation will begin at 10:30am. Final interment will be held on June 20, 2026 at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, 30893 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134 Time TBD.

Memorial donations may be offered at St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank at Holy Name Catholic Church, 3050 North Highway A1A, Indialantic, FL  32903 in honor of Geraldine Soles.
