Gerald M. Lerman, 81, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Melbourne, FL. He was born on July 13, 1930 to the late Abraham Lerman and Eileen Kessler in Jersey City, NJ. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War and later retired from the American Stock Exchange as a Specialist.

He was a member of the Army 25 Division "Wolfhounds" and the American Stock Exchange.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Lois; daughters, Fern Smenyak, Diane Williams; son, Lance; brother, Roy; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Gerald was preceded in death by his son, Ernest.

Gerald was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be dearly missed.

Graveside services will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Saddle Brook, NJ on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11AM.
