FRANK N. SANTEE, 76, of Melbourne died Saturday April 27, 2013 at his home. He was born on Feb 17, 1937 in Belpre, Ohio the son of the late Okey Santee Sr and Gladys McCutheon. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn "Kay" Milam, a sister Betty Brown and five brothers: Lionel "Gay" Santee, R.V. "Joe" Santee, Okey Santee Jr, Arthur "Bill" Santee and Olin "Basil" Santee. He is survived by his sister Gladys "Virginia" Booth of Salisbury, NC and his son Gregory Santee of Colleyville, TX.

Frank Santee served his country in the Army and graduated from Belpre High School. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
