Frances Watson O'Connell, 83, of Melbourne, Florida passed away peacefully on June 23, 2021.  Frances was born to the late Charles Edmund and Irene Sexton on January 28, 1938. Frances is survived by her children, Roma (Michael) Kahn; Rhonda (Rodney) Siedow; and Robert Smith.  She is also survived by four granddaughters and several great grandchildren.  Donations may be made to Vitas Healthcare, Brevard County.
