Florence M. Morissette, 101, of Melbourne, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 1st, 2013. Born in Fitchburg, MA, Florence was the child of the late Napoleon and Laura (Christian) Poirier. Mrs. Morissette enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and dancing. She was a parishioner of Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne and formally a National Officer of the Fleet Reserve Auxiliary.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Lee, George and Dennis Morissette; grandchildren, Scott, Sheree, Alan, Danielle, Greg, George, Melody, Wendy, Dawn and Tanya; 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Florence was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bill in 1964.
Graveside services will be held 11:30AM at the Melbourne Cemetery on Thursday, January 10, 2013.
