IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Felicita
Cintron
January 6, 1931 – March 8, 2022
Our mom Felicita (Fela) Cintron, 91 years of age, passed away on Tuesday, March 8,
2022, at her home surrounded by her children and family. She was preceeded in death
by her husband of 65 years, Carmelo Cintron Sr.
Born in Manhatten, NY on Jan. 6, 1931 to the late Vincent and Rosario Velez.
Felicita married Carmelo Cintron in 1949 and 4 children were born from this union. She
moved to Palm Bay, Fl. in 1994. Felicita gave her life to Jesus at an early age. She
attended Cornerstone Church of Palm Bay and enjoyed going to church and cherished
praising The Lord. She loved to read her Bible, praying for and with others.
She worked in Alexander's Dept. Store as a Dept. Manager for over 25 years.
She loved spending time with family and cooking for anyone who would come and visit.
Despite her sometimes tough exterior, she was a loving and caring person, devoted wife,
mother, sister and friend, always thinking of others.
Felicita leaves, to cherish her loving memory her children, Carmelo Jr., RoseAnn, Charo
(Tyrone), Felicia (Robinson), grandchildren, Jason (Stacey). Darrell (Charleen), Taicha
(Jay), Tyrone Jr. (Lynette), and Robbie, great-grand children, Bryannah, Duncan,
Skylah, Gabrielle, Jeremiah, Elijah and Malachi. Her sister/best friend Rita and sisterin-law Ruthy (Donald). Also nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Our hearts have been made to rejoice during the illness and passing of our mom, by the
many acts of kindness extended to our family. Your prayers and expressions of love and
sympathy are greatly appreciated.
A special hug from us goes out to Nera – who was a true friend and who helped care for
her every Monday and Friday and many days in between, Jesse – who was always there
whenever needed and was always checking on her and Lorie Ann (Grandma) – words
cannot express how much we appreciate the love and care she gave to our mother. From
the moment she met her until her very last breath. You took her under your wing as if
she were your own mom. You will always remain a part of our family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital
