Obituary

Faye Louise Pichot, 86 of Palm Bay, Florida passed away Tuesday July 7, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Father Richard Carlisle Hughes, Mother Viola Hughes,
husband of 54 years Dewey Kent Pichot, newborn child Richard Lynn Frazier, newborn child David Carlisle Frazier, brother Thomas Jefferson Hughes and sisters Mary Margaret Voiles and Carolyn Sue Siegle.

Visitation for friends and family 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Friday, July 17, 2020 at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Avenue, Melbourne, Florida 32935, with services to follow. Rev. Ann Taylor Owen will be officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of St Francis or the Ronald McDonald House. Faye was born December 23, 1933 in Portsmouth, Ohio.
She graduated from Valley High School in Lucasville, Ohio.
She lived in Columbus, Ohio where she met and married Dewey Kent Pichot. They married on July 31, 1963. On April 25, 1973 Dewey adopted her three children.
She had worked at Atlas Fashions, Kreskes, and being a home health aide.
She supported and followed Dewey throughout his career, wherever the job took them. She then loved being a housewife.

Faye grew up a country girl who went to city life; but was always country. This included her favorite meal "biscuits & gravy" with a slice of tomato!
In her earlier years she loved Square dancing.
She and Dewey along with her sister Mary, were on numerous bowling leagues.
She also loved going shopping and to lunch, especially after her appointments.
She loved entertaining and having friends over.

She was a friend to others and has many long time friends including Sigrun Fair and Pam Scharmen.

She loved her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, always proud of their accomplishments.

Faye is survived by her 3 children, Walter Alan Pichot, wife Connie of Dayton, Ohio. Michael Lee Pichot of Titusville, FL. Kimberly Faye Crosbie of Titusville, FL. She is also survived by her sister Garnet Helber of Black Lick, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.

Twelve grandchildren, Jonathan Alan Pichot, Amy Diane Yount (Anthony), Aaron Kenneth Pichot, Christina Marie Morgan (Ryan), Brandon Kent Pichot (Jenna), Nathan Thomas Crosbie, Alex Michael Pichot, Jason William Pichot, Leann Denise Pichot, Matthew Carlisle Pichot, Walter Thomas Pichot. Also seven great grandchildren. Alana Pichot, Tyler Pichot, Lillian Ledford, Hannah Pichot, Hunter Pichot, Hailey Morgan, Amber Morgan.
