Fay M Lewis' Obituary
Fay Marie Lewis, 51, of West Melbourne, FL died Sunday, March 6, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born in San Fernando, Trinidad West Indies.
Fay attended Palm Bay High School, where she graduated and went on to begin her career as a CNA. She worked at Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital and then relocated to Worcester, Massachusetts where she worked at Fair Lawn Rehabilitation Hospital. From there she returned to Florida.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia, two brothers, Derek and Glen; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home.
