Ernest "Roy" Swartz of Melbourne was born January 30, 1946. He retired from Civil Service and Brevard County School Board. He passed away on the morning of Sunday February 19th, 2017 in the presence of his eldest son. He is survived by his wife, Nancy of over 52 years. His three children, Daniel Swartz, Kerrie Davis and David Swartz. His son in law William Davis Sr. and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Roy was an avid tinkerer. He enjoyed fishing and camping, but above all he enjoyed family time. At his request there will be no service or flowers. Condolences can be made personally to family members.
