Born in Wallins Creek, KY to William James Maxwell and Laura Elizabeth James on December 14th, 1926. She was a coal miners daughter growing up in Benham, Ky a mining town owned by International Harvester. She was homecoming queen and majorette in high school and after school spent time in Oak Ridge before visiting family in Tampa, FL where she met her husband of 68 years, Eugene Oscar Webster "Oscar".

She is survived and loved by her four children, Ozzie (Marilyn) Webster, Laura (Jim) Hustoles, Scooter (Linda) Webster, Lisa Webster and 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was the purist example of Joy, goodness and kindness. Our gracious Mom and Memaw who we will surely miss until we meet again. We love you so much.
