Eileen Van Meter Phillips, age 71 of Palm Bay, FL, passed away on March 23, 2018.  She was born in Coos Bay, OR on December 30, 1946, moved to Kissimmee, FL as an infant, and later moved to Melbourne, FL where she attended and graduated from Melbourne High School.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Wayne, her mother Olive Thoe, her father Charles Van Meter, and sister Charla Dupre.  Eileen is survived by her precious daughter Kelley A. Phillips, 2 brothers Mark and Chris Thoe, and sister Olivia (Shelly) Charlton.  No services are planned at this time.
