Eileen Annetha Pennant was born December 03,1927,  raised and got her  basic education in Westmoreland, Jamaica, As a very young woman, she was part of the pioneering Caribbean population to migrate to England in the mid1950s.

On arrival in London England work at Lyon Ice Cream and fulfill trade her part time beautician. Till 1960s, She jumped at the chance to start a new life and widen her horizons to Bronx New York, United States.

There spent many years in Bronx, where work hard, eventually obtain several houses, and became CNA for several years, till her retirement 1988.

Eileen moved Florida after her retirement. She loved the climate and reveled in growing the tree and plants she grew up with in Jamaica in her back yard. Also developed the love for goats, chickens, dogs and offer animals.

She was predeceased by her mother Ethel Brotherson and father Benjamin Brotherson. She will be dearly missed by her son Byron Hall, and her grandchildren Nikita William, Lance Hall, stepdaughter Rosemary, Barbara Morrison, Imogene James, daughterinlawyer Carla Hall and many Cousins, And all her good friends
