EILEEN M. CAMERON, age 96 of Melbourne, Florida passed away on July 16th, 2022.

She was born in Galion, Ohio to Clarence and Viola Miller Merwine. She married her husband James A. Cameron on August 18, 1946 and moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1959.

Eileen was predeceased by her mother, father, and husband; sisters Kathleen Summerfield (Dewey), Velma Peters (George), Helen Brock, and Marie Cooperider; brothers Reed Merwine (Lillian), John Merwine, and William Merwine (Connie). She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, neighbors, and friends who loved her very much.

Eileen was gifted and determined, continuously learning, living a life of faith and service to others, remaining active in her church and community. She taught computer classes and loved working with puzzles to keep her mind active. She retired as a Financial Program Manager from Patrick AFB in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Melbourne, Florida, the NARFE Chapter 1137, Brevard User's Computer Club, and Planet Fitness.

1 Peter 1:24-25 reminds us that 'All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the work of the Lord endures forever.'
