Donald Sevier Russell entered Heaven's portals Friday morning, November 13, 2020.  Don was born in Bristol, TN to late parents George and Emma Russell.

Son served over 20 years in the Navy, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer.  He enjoyed his years in the Navy.  Since retiring from the Navy, he owned two businesses in the pool industry, and later worked with the Brevard Hyundai dealerships.

He was a member of Beacon Baptist Church where he has served in several ministries.  He was currently serving as a Deacon.

Don is preceded by his parents, one brother, Lester Russell, and youngest son, Jason Russell.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Cathy, son Steven, daughter-in-law Michelle, grandsons Travis and Michael.  All of whom he loved completely.

There will be a visitation on Friday, November 20, 2020 starting at 2:00 pm and a funeral service to follow at 3:00 pm at Beacon Baptist Church.  Pastor Wayne Guinn will be officiating.  Family will have a private interment at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Beacon Baptist Ministries would be appreciated by the family.
