Donald Arthur Dane, a loving husband and father passed away Tuesday October 11th.  Born and raised in Esperance NY, he never stopped yearning to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Schoharie Creek. His legacy is a life well lived.  An Air Force Veteran, he was also an Engineering Planner for Harris Corporation where he made lifelong friends. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Kathleen, 2 daughters, Lisa (Eric), Beth (Jeff), three  loving grandchildren (Stephanie, Shannon, Jeffrey), and brother Tom (Karen.)
