Dolores A. Ernst, 85, of Melbourne, entered into rest on December 22nd, 2012 in Melbourne, Florida.

Born in Hoboken, NJ, Dolores was the child Leo and Rita Gunther-Jens. Her and her husband, Charles moved from North Bergen, NJ to Brevard County in 1960. She was a parishioner of Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne, FL. Dolores was an avid reader and enjoyed solving crossword puzzles. She also participated in card making and crafting ceramic sculptures.

Mrs. Ernst leaves behind her beloved husband, Charles; children, Peggy Pinkerton, Charles and Robert W. Ernst; grandchildren, Donya, Jessica, Jacob, Kelsie and Bradley. She will be dearly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30AM on Monday, December 31, 2012 at Ascension Catholic Church. Inurnment will immediately follow in the Ascension Catholic Memorial Garden.
