Deotha Hall Brown was born to the late Lewis and Stella Hall on August 1,1924 in Eastman, Georgia where she attended Dodge County School. At an early age she was added to the roll of Free Gift Baptist Church, where she was baptized.

On June 12, 1958, she was joined into holy matrimony to Willie Brown, who preceded her in passing. In the same year, Deotha Hall Brown was added to the roll of Mt. Monah Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend J. W. Driskell, the late Reverend Jessie Buggs and the late Dr. Harvey L. Riley, until the Lord called Dee Dee Hall Brown home to be with him July 16, 2014.

The beautiful memories of Deotha Hall Brown are cherished by her children: Shirley McNair(Jerome), Charles Wise; grandchildren Charles Bell, Carolyn, Anthony and Michael McNair; great grandchildren: Toni McNair, Marje McNair; nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
