DeNard (Denny) W. Shivers, Jr. age 78 of Melbourne, FL formerly from Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on May 2, 2015. Born February 13, 1937 was the son of the late DeNard W. and Leah H.Shivers, Sr.

Survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Margaret (Peggy) Marie Shivers of 56 years; his daughter, Denise Marie Guiteras of Vero Beach, FL; son, Craig Stephen Shivers of Rumson, NJ and his fiance, Liz Forrest and her daughter Lita; three grandchildren, Gregory, Christopher and Danielle Guiteras.

Survived by his sister, Leah Mulhall, his late sister, Ruth Graves; brother-in-laws, Theodore and his wife Marlene Deal, Richard and his wife Kathy Deal and sister-in-law, Carolyn and her late husband Robert Gimbel.

He was Vice President and Co-Owner of Audubon Sales and Service in Feasterville, PA for 46 years and a graduate of Penn State University and Spring Garden Institute of Technology.

He was an active philanthropist involved in many organizations: Shriners Tampa Hospital Board of Governors, Sebastian Lodge #232, Sebastian, FL, Azan Shrine of Melbourne, FL, past Potentate 2010, Royal Order of the Jesters, Melbourne Court #188, Melbourne Elks Lodge #1744, former member of LuLu Shrine of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, North and South Brevard Shrine Clubs, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 263.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 10:30 am on Thursday, May 21, 2015 for the Celebration of Life at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 3050 North Hwy A1A, Indialantic, FL which will be followed by a Masonic Service and luncheon at Azan Shrine Center 1591 W. Eau Gallie Blvd., Melbourne, FL.
