Deborah Wilmoth Cates, 59, was graciously placed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Deborah was born on November 18, 1954 in High Point, NC and relocated to Melbourne, FL in 1967, where she attended Eau Gallie High. Deborah will be remembered for being a loving and devoted mother, daughter and sister. She leaves memories to be cherished by her daughters, Deborah Gentry (Tim) and Valeri Ouimette (Paul); son, Douglas Cates (Regina); parents, Gilbert and Clara Wilmoth; sister, Teresa Christopher (Max); uncles, Tommy Joe Wilmoth (Jean) and Bobby Dunbar; aunts, Helen Penninger (Hall) and Phylis Wilmoth. Deborah was predeceased by her brother, Gilbert Wilmoth; and her sister, Angel Belle. Family will greet friends from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 13th at Davis - Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne with a funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. Interment will take place at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay.
