David James Cain, Jr. 67, of Cocoa died Friday, February 14, 2020 with his family by his side.

He was born to the late David James Cain, Sr. and Evelyn McNeal Cain Porter on March 17, 1952 in Melbourne, Florida.  In 1971 David graduated from Vero Beach High School.

David is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Cain of Melbourne; children, Spring Cain Hall of GA, Heather Marano of South Florida, David James Cain III of Cocoa, and Alyse Evelyn Cain of Melbourne, he has 1 sister and 4 brothers. David also has 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

David was passionate about playing country music and played bass in a band.
