Darrell Wayne Manus, 58, went home with the Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, April 8, 2012. Darrell was born on March 12, 1955 in Monroe, NC to the late James Wayne and Ellen (Rowell) Manus. He worked for the City of Melbourne for eighteen years. Mr. Manus is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Anne of West Melbourne; daughter, Dana M. (Jonathan) Hutto of Waxhaw, NC; grandson, Ryan Rowan; sister, Ronda M. (Robert) Staton; a brother by another mother, Ron Morris, of Melbourne, FL; mother-in-law, Doris Abernathy of Melbourne, FL; sister-in-law, Susan (Patrick) Morford of Merritt Island, FL; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed fishing with his fishing partner, Martie Stiles- especially in the Keys, but more importantly he loved helping his extended family, The Plewak's.
The family will greet friends from 12 PM to 1 PM on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Davis - Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne with a Celebration of Darrell's Life following at 1 PM.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made In Memory of Darrell to: Hospice of Health First, 381 Medplex pkwy, Palm Bay, FL 32907.
