Daniel M. Kavanaugh, fondly known as "Uncle Dan", passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2014 at Viera Hospital.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, October 30, 1947 at St Ann's Hospital. He was a graduate of Eastlake North High School, 1965 and Kent State University. Dan served in the Air Force Intelligence and was based in Italy, India and Pakistan.
Dan has been a resident of Melbourne, Florida since 2005 but previously lived in the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento and San Diego, California.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He leaves memories to be cherished by his loving sisters, Marge of Connecticut and Monica of Ohio.
Funeral services will be held, March 19, 2014 at Ascension Catholic Church, 2950 N Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935, at 1:00PM. Donations can be made to Ascension Catholic Endowment Fund. Condolences can be shared at www.davisseawinds.com.
