Charlotte Lisa Tracey was a resident of Indialantic and Indian Harbour Beach since 1978.  She was married to Command Sargent Major Frederick Kenneth Tracey from 1951 to 1988. A loving marriage for 37 years, he passed away in 1988.

She graduated from the University of Washington in 1971 with a Doctorate in Germanic Languages and Literature. She was a teacher at the American High School in Heidelberg, Germany for 25 years. She is survived by one son Frank and her friend Ray Menard.

Charlotte was a lovely lady, mother and friend. She will be truly missed by many. She wil rest in heavenly peace with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery.
