Charles W. Lowey, 67, passed away on Friday, February 17th, 2012, in Palm Bay, FL. He was born in Hackensack, NJ on March 29th, 1944 to the late Charles Lowey, Sr. and the late Madeleine Rumpf. Chuck honorably served in the US Army and the US Air Force. He enjoyed reading, listening to music and entertaining his family and friends with his wonderful sense of humor. Chuck had heart of gold and will be truly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Hyacinth; daughters, Ursula and Amanda, sister, Elizabeth Hatch and his adoring grandchildren. A Celebration of Chuck's Life will be held 11AM on Friday, February 24, 2012 at VFW Post 4206 in Melbourne, FL.
