Assunta "Sue" Pilieci passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, May 15, 2020, at her home in Melbourne, Fl. Sue was born on May 26, 1940, in Brooklyn, NY, to Pietro and Helen Ragusi. Sue was a loving wife to her loving Husband Robert "Bob" Pilieci. They were faithfully married for 55 wonderful years. Their love was unselfish truly putting each other first and foremost. They were devoted to one another as family meant everything to her. Sue was a loving caring mother of four boys. Sue was thankful for the four wives her sons married. A loving grandmother of nine grandchildren. Sue was a mom to everyone she came in contact with. Sue was a hero to all who walked into her life. Sue was a life-long provider who desired to serve all people by opening up her home often. When Sue wasn't playing bingo she loved to host and enjoy the company of family and their friends. Sue lived a life to serve and show hospitality and everyone always felt welcomed. For Sue Christmas Eve was the perfect night. It meant the world to her. Preceded in death by her parents Pietro and Helen Pilieci, and her brothers Peter Ragusi and Arthur Ragusi. Survived by her son Robert and his wife Catherine, son Richard and his wife Kim, son Ronald and his wife Darlene and son Russell and his wife Jenn; 9 grandchildren, Nicholas and his wife Elenrae, Jennie-Sue, Kaitlyn, Anthony, Alexa, Timothy, Sara, Joseph, and Emmitt. A memorial service will be held at a future date at Grace Bible Church (3620 Bayside Lakes Blvd. SE Palm Bay, Fl 32909).
