April D. Nelson, 27, passed away January 10, 2017 at Palm Bay Community Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of Jeanine (Seraphin) and Emmanuel Nelson. Loving mother of Tajae Nelson and Leylani Billini. Beloved sister of Louis, Leo, Steve, Jeff and Melodie Nelson. She was the cherished niece of Anita Bigord, Codette Morrensy, and Francine Louis-Charles. Aunt to Kai, Kiara, Theodore, Jeff Jr., Emani, Justin, Elijah, Jordan, Tatyana. and Tyler Nelson. April had been employed as a manager in retail prior to her illness.

A visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 300 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:30. Burial will be private.
