Anthony Hubert Walsh, 71, of Satellite Beach passed away Thursday, February 19.
He was born to the late Hubert and Ruth (Schenker) Walsh on September 13, 1943 in Manhattan New York. He is survived by his Life Partner of 33 years, Patricia (Fulford) Shankle and his daughter Elise Walsh, brothers, Richard, David and Michael, and sisters Debbie and June of New York.
Anthony was raised in New York and moved to Las Vegas in his 20's working in the culinary industry. He moved to FL in his mid 30's where he met Pat. Anthony and Pat moved to Reno and then Las Vegas where Elise was born. Returning to Florida they lived in the Tampa area before moving back to Patricia's home town of Melbourne in the year 2000. Anthony lived in Satellite Beach for 12 years where he had a home and a loving family. Tony enjoyed family vacations to Las Vegas as well as cruise vacations to Europe and the Caribbean.
Anthony, a devoted father to Elise and much loved partner to Patricia will always be remembered for his fine Italian cooking, his wit and his spirit as he spent his life in the love and care of his family. He was as lucky in love as he was in cards and will be deeply missed by Pat, Elise, his best friend John Dias, his extended family through Pat's two sisters and three brothers, their spouses and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 28th at 10:30 am, at the Davis Seawinds funeral home located at 560 Montreal Ave., Melbourne.
