Ann Slater Connor

Ann Slater Connor, 84, went home to heaven, surrounded by her family on February 5, 2018.  Ann was born December 26, 1933 in Mt. Vernon AL, and later moved to Polk City, FL where she met her husband (late), Robert A. Connor, Sr.  They settled in Eau Gallie, FL in 1952 and created a lifelong legacy of community involvement and charity.

Ann devoted her gracious life to the Lord and caring for her family.  She had a passion for gardening, patriotism, and SEC football.  She is survived by her children, Rob (Janet), Rick (Debbie), Doug (Pam), Beth (Marty), 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  Ann was a pillar of faith and strength; her resting wish was to give God all the glory.

Viewing will be Friday, February 9th 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home, Funeral Service is Saturday, February 10 ^th 10:00 am. at Eau Gallie First Baptist Church.  Donations in her memory may be made to VITAS Community Connection 4550 W.
