Andree Jeanine Bendriem, 93, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away August 20, 2024. She was the beloved wife of seventy-four years to Gerard Bendriem.

Born in Oran, Algeria, she was the daughter of Edmond and Berthe Merce. She was the sister of Germaine De Haro and the late Edmonde Nieto.

She was employed by Sears Roebuck for many years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and spending time with family and friends.

Our "Meme" will be lovingly remembered as the Matriarch of our family: cherished mother of 2, grandmother of 6, and great-grandmother of 15.

She is survived by her devoted husband Gerard, daughters Genevieve Grugan and Michele (Jack) Schwartz; grandchildren Christine (Frank) Andrusiewicz, Michael (Dana) Grugan, Joseph (Kelly) Grugan, Jamie (Sean) Hamelin, Melissa (Bobby) Sorochen, Andrew (Sara) Schwartz; great-grandchildren Madeleine, Brayden, Hunter, Lyla, Guiliana, Merryn, Andi, Emmy, Ryan, Owen, Annabelle, Kaylie, Caleb, Stella, Cole; and many nieces and nephews.

The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 1pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1710 Hickory Street Melbourne, FL 32901).
