Allen Robb Stevenson II lost his third time battle with cancer on April 14, 2020 in Melbourne, Florida.  He was 67.

Robb was born in Williamsport, PA but moved to Painted Post, NY and grew up there.  Athletics, fitness and love of the outdoors started early and remained his passion for his entire life.  In the last few months when he required supplemental oxygen, he wore it in a backpack so that he could have freedom to move about.

Robb received his appointment to the United States Naval Academy in 1971 and graduated in 1975. He was a proud member of the 20 ^th company.  His service selection was naval avation but cancer would change his course.  He was honorably discharged from the Navy and began a career at Ford Motor Company.  Early retirement was offered in January 2006 and so he and his wife Cayte moved to Steamboat Springs, CO.  Robb began his dream job as a Steamboat Ambassador for the Steamboat Ski Corp. In 2009 Robb was runner up employee of the year. He would remain working winters skiing and summers leading hikes for 13 years.

Robb was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Dorothy Stevenson and his first wife Leeann Stevenson.

Robb is survived by his wife Cayte of Steamboat Springs, his son Justin (Debbie) Stevenson of Rochester Hills, MI, his daughter Kristin (Eric) Stevenson of Centennial, CO, his daughter Lauren (Phil) Allen of Omaha, NE, step-daughter Maggie (Matt) Fess of Steamboat Springs, CO, and step-son Mac Stilec of Fort Collins, CO. He was a very proud Pappy to Leena, Roman, Eslynn, Lila, Henlee, Charlie, Harrison, Milo, and Juniper.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  And of course his most beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Finn.

Robb lived his life with gratitude and courage. He never complained when cancer reoccurred in July 2019.  He fought with all he had.  We are so thankful for the staff at the Jan Bishop Cancer at UC Health Yampa Valley. He was a man who loved his country and what the American Flag stood for.
