Melbourne
Albert J. Chasar, 87, joined our heavenly Father on Saturday, May 26, 2012. He was born on April 10, 1925 in Cleveland, OH to the late Adam and Veronica (Baluha) Chasar. He honorably served in the Navy during WWII. Al relocated to Brevard County in 1976, and owned and operated Harbor City Furniture. Al was an avid golfer and a proud parishioner of Ascension Catholic Church. Mr. Chasar was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and companion.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 AM on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Ascension Catholic Church, Melbourne, FL. Al was a kind precious man with an incredible love for life, he was truly admired by all whose lives he touched and we will carry him in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made In Memory of Al to: Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Rd, West Melbourne, 32904 or Ascension Catholic Church, 2950 N. Harbor City Blvd
